Private Yoga

Private sessions are available to students of all levels. Get in touch through the contact tab to set up your own personally catered yoga program at your office or in your own home.

‘Having used Xhilarate for our monthly ‘Pay Day Massages’, and having got so much positive feedback from our colleagues, we decided to try out an extension to our wellbeing programme by introducing Xhilarate Office Massage Yoga as well. We initially tried things out during Mental Health Awareness Week in May, and the feedback was again so positive that the class is now a weekly feature.
In three months the results have been fantastic. Cara, our teacher, is immensely caring of all our different ages / levels of fitness / medical issues and we’ve all noticed improvements in our strength and balance (Cara now has us doing headstands!)
